SaaS product motion case study

The brief01

The brief

TalentHunt is the other half of the TalentOS story: the employer side. Launched one day after the talent platform, its film had to answer a different question for a different audience. Not how do I get discovered, but how do I hire someone I can trust without reading a hundred resumes.

The film opens on that exact frustration, four words on a white screen: hiring stuck on resumes. The counter lands two seconds later, not promises, and the whole product position is set before the logo has finished appearing. Everything after is the mechanism: search by skill, read profiles built from finished missions, post a bounty with a real prize pool, and judge the actual submissions instead of the claims.

Same craft rules as the TalentOS film, shipped a day apart as a pair. The product's own screens, animated with intent, chaptered by type cards that name each mechanic before showing it. And a closing move the first film saved for later: the AI copilot, typed to like a colleague, finding the candidate itself.

The film, beat by beat02

The film, beat by beat

Nine beats, in order. Each loop below is cut straight from the film; the note says what the beat is doing. Tap a beat to watch that moment in the full cut, sound on.

01

The question

Four words on white: hiring stuck on resumes. The film names the employer's frustration before it names itself.

02

Not promises

The counter card lands, then the mark. Seven seconds in, the position is set: hire on proof, not promises.

03

We find who fits

One search, plain language: a graphic designer with branding focus. The matches fly in as cards with skill bars, not resumes.

04

Proof on the profile

Each candidate opens into a profile fed by finished work: about, commitments, achievements. The claim from the talent film, seen from the hiring chair.

05

Create a bounty

The second mechanic: post the job as a bounty with a title, a brief, a prize pool and a timeline. Work, offered like a mission.

06

See submissions

The chapter card, then the payoff: real entries sliding past as illustrated cards. The employer reads finished work, not cover letters.

07

Spot the best

A winner gets picked, and the ledger fills: completed bounties, dates, payouts. The single hire scales into a pipeline.

08

Your copilot for hiring

The closing mechanic is conversational: find me a data analyst, typed like a message to a colleague. Hire smarter, and the AI returns the shortlist itself.

09

Try it now

Logo, URL, out. The close is an instruction, not a slogan: talenthunt.so, try it today.

The receipt03

The receipt

The film went live with the product, posted by the founder the day after the TalentOS launch. The receipt is one click up: the live post, playing on the feed it was cut for.

Two products, two films, one system. If your launch deserves more than a screenshot, this is the format we would reach for.
